Waukesha Bearings is committed to providing responsive, localized support to our customers worldwide. Manufacturing locations in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico and China provide the capacity to meet our customers’ lead time requirements and the flexibility to respond to their changing needs.
Our global facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art CNC machinery and promote continuous improvement through adherence to Lean manufacturing principles.
In an industry where microns matter, our bearings are engineered and manufactured to exacting specifications. Experienced machinists consistently produce components to tolerances within 0.005 mm (0.0002 inches).
At Waukesha Bearings, quality is engrained in everything we do and every piece we touch.
We target Six Sigma quality, and to help us achieve that goal, we incorporate procedures like in-process and first-piece inspections, critical dimension assessments and process control points. Our quality policy ensures adherence to the most demanding military specifications.
Waukesha Bearings is proud to have a certified quality management system (QMS) for:
- The design, sales, marketing and manufacture of plain and tilting pad thrust and journal bearings and bearing assemblies for rotating machinery.
- The design, sales, and manufacture of magnetic and magnetic bearing products and services.
ISO 9001:2015 certification has been issued for the manufacturing facilities in Antigo, Glasgow, Guaymas, Suzhou and Worthing and for the offices in Waukesha and Rickmansworth.
